Make stock FRP maps

Make stock unbuffered FRP maps for each Alfresco replicate.

frp_maps_no_buffer(i, alf_data, emp_data, shp, fire_area_history, out,
  domain, alf_yrs, emp_yrs)

Arguments

i	integer, replicate iterator.
alf_data	list of outputs from fire_events.
emp_data	output from fire_events_emp.
shp	masking shapefile.
fire_area_history	shapefile of fire area history.
out	output directory.
domain	character, ALFRESCO domain, Statewide or Noatak.
alf_yrs	ALFRESCO run years.
emp_yrs	empirical data years.

Value
